- Part of multi disciplined team, who worked with Rothschild, The Corporate Advisers to dispose of subsidiaries of AIM listed company for £75 million.
- Introduced consolidated budgeting system and continuous rolling monthly forecast plus comparisons year on year for Actual Budgets and Forecasts. Turnover £20 million. Particularly useful in the one year due diligence process.
- Part of negotiation team that obtained £550k rebate regarding bank selling wrongful cap and collar interest schemes.

- Created consolidated financial and management accounts from 25 year data system and introduced key reporting from sales and purchase ledger in terms of retentions, largest customer and supplier values, which also improved credit control and cash. Also introduced budget and forecasting systems. Turnover £5 million.
- Saving £60k per annum, £2.5 million turnover company by reducing Invoice Discounting, insurance and accounting salary costs, when Financial Controller left the company.

- Saved £400k per annum to blue-chip client by negotiating increased sales price, obtained “one off” £60k revenue for bi-product, whilst customer made arrangements to receive deliveries for use at own manufacturing plant.
- Persuaded R & D to review Bill of Material. Saved £100K per annum.
- Reduced Storage Requirements from 24000 to 6000 sq.feet. Enabled sale of Warehouse for £550K. Value of Stocks reduced from £505K to 80K within four years.
